A sales pipeline and CRM platform — leads, deals, contacts, accounts, tasks, meetings, and reporting on one workspace, so the whole sales motion runs from one place. I build custom sales CRM and pipeline software, lead-tracking tools, and reporting dashboards tailored to how a team actually sells.

Before it, teams ran deals across spreadsheets and chat threads with no reliable read on pipeline health — following up from memory and forecasting from gut feel across dozens of open deals. This case study walks through the problem, the build, and the measurable results.

Why They Reached Out

I built it for sales teams that outgrew spreadsheets but found generic CRMs too rigid — they needed the pipeline to match how they actually sell, not the other way around.

In an internal pilot, one workspace replaced five disconnected tools — lead-to-deal conversion rose about 28%, follow-ups stopped slipping, and pipeline reviews that took a morning now take minutes.

The Fix

I built one workspace around the real sales motion — capture a lead, qualify it, and drag the deal across the pipeline, with every contact, task, and meeting attached to it. I promise nothing slips: each lead carries a status, a rating, and a next action, and it converts to an opportunity in one click.
